AMERICA´S QUEST

CON ESPECIAL DEDICATORIA A NUESTROS AMIGOS NORTEAMERICANOS

Something is going very wrong, when the leader country (the head of the pack), is running with fear and concern. This is because something is not quite clear and well in the way decisions are being taken that not only affect their team, but the rest of the species as well!

Bear with me this way, I beg you:

The Champion Country of Liberty, Democracy, and Justice is in risk of becoming the Champion of Fear, Intolerance and Injustice.

The reasons for this change (in my opinion) surge from an understandable sensation in the American People of being unsafe and vulnerable to terrorist attacks, and to degradation in their quality of life due to excesive migrations of what they observe as “ilegal aliens”, mainly mexicans and many other nationalities.

Migratory shifts surge all over from the fundamental, understandable and human yearn of land, safety and sustenance, it brings memory of the pioneer spirit of the pilgrims, early settlers and conquistadores, yearnnig for space, freedom and right to live, work and prosper.

Societies an countries were formed this way, all over.

In the modern world, this yearn has not been erradicated (it is in our genes, forgive us). As long as we have dreams, legs and means, we will walk, travel, settle and prosper, we will, that´s for sure. 
We humans are not trees, we are eternal wanderers.

America, this great and wondrous land, long, slim and beatiful, the so called “New Continent” about six hundred years old, has been the darling of the world, enticing and full of opportunities and challenges. Whatever has been accompllshed in this short period of time, marvels and wonders the rest of Humanity. All Nations have, in time of war, hardship and misery, turned their eyes toward us. Many suffering mankind have made the long and hazardous trip, in hope of better enviroment and destiny. 
Among all other nations formed in the new territories, the United States of America led this gigantic and awesome development, first emancipating from their colonialistic masters, and then surpassing them with long rapid strides in most advanced and civilized endeavours. It is no exageration to say that to all nations, America is The Continent of Hope, Liberty and opportunities.

All eyes in the “Old World” have turned on in wonder on what this “americans” are engaged, what have they discovered, developed, imagined and pursuited, in what new and more beneficial means are they engaged towards a better, more etical and practical way of living.

Nonetheless, habitants of USA, tend to refer themselves as the only “true americans”, ignoring whats been done and accompllshed in the southern regions of the continent, by no means less “americans” (South, Central and Caribean). Of course there is an abismal difference between nations north and south of the hemisphere, reasons for this, are multiple and mater of long analisis.

Now, about the American “Mexican Problem” that lingers so heavily in the actual US-Presidential Campaing; We must consider that Mexico has been the victim of the imperialistic and expansionism of the 19th Century USA, and the “Migratory Problem” has their roots in that fact and in the tremenduos inbalance between the economic development of both countries. This has led to an increassing surge of mexicans and other nationalities across the border in search of better standards of living, many of them illegaly because they don´t have other choice.

The terrorist treat does not surge from that natural shift of population, that insane menace has a completetly diferent origin. The erroneus geopolitics towards the Middle East, and the Islamic fanatism delivering hate and intolerance to other creds, mores and beliefs into the young minds of their believers in the Mosques by Imans and clerigs of that Faith across the World, and of course in the territorial United States as well. Unfortunatly this summons a gigantic problem for the entire Western Civilization.

Newertheless, Mexico remains a natural neighbor, ally and client, We are not ”The Enemies of The United States”. We are your neighbor, trade partner, social associate and friend, nothing will change that.

Building a gigantic barrier across the southern border, will change nothing, but will for certain; divide, rankle, annoy and increase the rancor between two sister Nations. “The Trump Wall” will go into History as the worst example of intolerance and hate.

Now about the leader of this “patriotic” endeavour, Donald J. Trump; Take, I plead you, a good look at him, search his history, his feats, his accomplishements, his entire personality, his intellectual, emotional and discursive capacity. Now, do you really think he will be the leader that will succesfully handle the problems America and the rest of the world so desperatly needs?

It is my personal impression that the one that needs help (mostly psychiatric), is Donald Trump Sr. himself.
